Santa Teresa Travels had its beginnings in 2008, by the initiative of two brothers, from Paquera, Puntarenas. They are designed to provide a personalized, efficient and safe service to national as well as foreign tourists who decide to travel to and from the different destinations in the peninsula. Each passenger is allowed one carryon and one regular suitcase. The carryons must stay with the passenger all the time, suitcases will be tagged and place in the luggage compartment.
Santa Teresa Travel will not responsible for loss or damage to carryon items left unattended by the passenger, this includes carryons incorrectly stored in the luggage compartment.
Transportation of additional luggage, or large items are not included in the price.

Santa Teresa Travel is not responsible for any personal belongings left in our vehicles.
There is a rest stop for every shuttle service. Connection and/or Change of vehicle may be possible during the stop.
Santa Teresa Travels is not responsible for lost or delayed international flights in arrival times due to delayed ferries, strikes or natural disasters.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance without charge.
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance or less are charged 100% of the cost of the service.
If for any reason, including delay in the arrival times of flights, the passenger is not in place and the stipulated time, you will be charged 100%.
Children under 12 years are charged 50% of the adult fare.
No pets are transported.
The maximum waiting time from Santa Teresa Travels in each location to pick up is 10 minutes.
The baggage allowance per person is one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Hand luggage must stay with the passenger at all times, luggage must be placed in the corresponding compartment.
There is a surcharge of $ 12.00 per extra suitcase. Reservations are required.
Santa Teresa Travels is not responsible for loss or damage to hand luggage caused by neglect of the passenger, including whether it was improperly stored in the luggage compartment.
